Pet Rent Scale
The Pet Rent for your pet is based on a FIDO score from 1 Paw to 5 Paws. The amount of Pet Rent will vary from $20-$50 depending on the score.
Service Animals and ESAs
You will be required to submit the same application for your Service Animals or ESAs. The information you provide for them will be verified and processed per all applicable laws.
Pet Deposits
We collect a deposit per pet in addition to the Pet Rent. This is also based on the FIDO score. The deposit will range from $500-$750 per pet.
Breed and Weight Restrictions
We will accept applications on any breed or weight of animal, however, we do reserve the right to limit the weight or breeds per any Federal, State, Local, or HOA laws and regulations.
Pet Application
We use PetScreening.com to grade each pet. The Pet Rent is then established by the FIDO score given during this process. Click the button below to begin the application process.
